The Process of Collaboration
Initial Consultation
We will begin with a discovery call to discuss your retreat, it's theme, goals, length of time, venue, expected amount of participants and overall vision.
I'll then provide recommendations on how my activities can integrate seamlessly with your schedule.
Customized Proposal
After our consultation, I'll create a tailored proposal detailing:
* Activities & workshops I'll facilitate.
* How they align with your retreat theme or requirements.
* Cost breakdown, including materials, travel & lodging.
Practical & Financial Terms
* Materials: I'll handle material procurement for a pre-agreed budget.
* Payment: A 30-50% deposit is required upon agreement with the balance due at the end of the retreat.
* Travel & accommodation: these are covered either by the retreat leader or myself depending on my circumstances.
Boundaries & Expectations
To ensure a seamless and professional experience, I have set clear boundaries and expectations.
1. Time commitment: Any additional time above our agreement is subject to an overtime fee. The set up and clean up time is included in the activity .
2. Materials: Depending on what the venue has, we will discuss beforehand the material requirements such as work tables/chairs, tea/snacks, yoga mats (Sound Bath), Aqua Flow fins ( participants usually buy & bring the recommended fins before the retreat).
3. Flexibility: Minor schedule adjustments are possible with at least 24 hrs notice. Major changes may require re-negotiation.

* Professional Partnership: I respect your leadership role & carefully stay within my allocated time slots & responsibilities. I won't overstep, take over the leadership dynamic, or "tread on your turf", unless you specifically request additional involvement.
