Enhancing Your Retreat

My mission is to bring creativity, connection, and transformation to retreats, helping leaders craft experiences that deeply resonate with participants. Through tailored activities and creative exploration, I aim to elevate retreats into spaces of imagination, creativity, innovation, inspiring participants to expand in new ways.

I believe in the power of art, sound & movement to unlock self-expression, foster healing and build community in the most uplifting way. My purpose is to empower retreat leaders by filling the gaps between sessions with engaging & transformative activities that leave participants feeling enriched, connected and inspired.

What makes my services unique is the cutting-edge approach I bring to retreat enhancement. The activities I offer whether through Sound Healing, Arts & Crafts or Mindful Movement, help participants uncover hidden treasures within themselves, unlocking dormant creativity and discovering new aspects of their identity. These moments of discovery expand the dimension of any retreat, making it an unforgettable experience.

Let Me Introduce Myself

I was born and raised on a coffee plantation in Kenya, immersed in the vibrant cultures of local tribes and the wilderness. it was marvellous! My Swedish-English heritage, combined with this colourful upbringing, planted seeds for my creativity, adventurous spirit, and innovative approach to life.

Over the years, I've carved a unique path fueled by curiosity, creativity, and connection. From crafting marionettes, while raising my twin boys, designing jewelry using beads, seeds, and bone sourced from Kenya, painting, photography, yoga and many other creative endeavours.

My artistic journey has always intertwined with my desire to empower and collaborate with others. Whether it was employing local women to bring my designs to life or creating prototypes of bird marionettes that were beautifully reproduced by Kenyan artisans, I've always found joy in blending art with community.

My journey expanded to South Africa, where I co-ran the Rainbow Puppet Theatre while my boys attended a Waldorf school. It was during this time that I wove juggling and movement into my workshops, exploring how playful practices can inspire focus, joy, and connection.

In 1999, I moved to Los Angeles, where I ran a health centre as a Colon Hydro-therapist and began my Sound journey. What started as a way to relax clients quickly grew into offering

transformative Sound Baths and Healing sessions for retreats and wellness spaces, During this time , I innovated a unique yoga system using parallel bars, an outdoor practice that strengthens and stretches the body while reconnecting with nature.

Swimming has always been a passion of mine, particularly in the open sea. My unique approach to fin swimming combines mindful, splash-less motion with unique style, creating an experience that is both graceful and deeply connected to the water both above and below.

Singing, too, has been a lifelong love-evolving into vocal toning and overtone singing, which I use to inspire harmony and togetherness in group settings.

I realized that many retreat leaders needed someone who could fill the gaps between sessions with activities that were engaging and creative, whilst giving them time to rest and recover. This realization birthed my role as a Retreat Enhancement Specialist, allowing me to offer a diverse array of activities that bring retreats to life in unique and unforgettable ways.

Through my work, I am able to help participants unlock dormant creativity, discover new aspects about themselves, and connect more deeply with others. I bring a wealth of expertise to every retreat, ensuring it is enriched, inspired, and truly transformative.
